Fast chlorine based dissolving granules for disinfection of water in swimming pools - for hyper chlorination and maintaining disinfection. Its disinfecting effect is due to the release of active chlorine causing irreversible damage to and extermination of the pathogenic microorganisms. It has bactericidal, tuberculocidal, virucidal, fungicidal, algicidal and sporocidal activity.

Sanifort (granules) is extremely powerful at very low concentrations. Its active ingredient possesses mighty germicidal activity on the vegetative forms of the gramme-positive and gramme-negative bacteria, fungi, protozoa, algae and spores.
Sanifort (granules) quickly and fully dissolves in the water (no matter its hardness), leaving not any residue. The free chlorine level in the water, necessary for the germicidal action of the preparation, is achieved instantaneously. Because of the low concentration of Sanifort (granules), used for disinfection, the slight specific chlorine smell disappears about 20 minutes after application.
