What is the minimum order value?
The minimum value for an online order is 30.00 EUR / 58.67 BGN (VAT included). This requirement helps us maintain competitive pricing, a high standard of service, and fast delivery, while ensuring consistent access to professional products at stable and affordable prices over time.
Delivery rates
For orders within Bulgaria, you receive free delivery on orders over 76.69 EUR / 150.00 BGN and with a total weight of up to 10 kg. Both conditions must be met. For orders exceeding 10 kg, shipping costs are charged to the customer according to the courier companies’ tariffs. Please contact us to discuss free delivery options for regular orders.
For orders outside Bulgaria, delivery is charged according to the courier tariffs of Inout Trade OOD (euShipments) or another logistics partner, depending on the weight and volume of the shipment.
How to place an order?
Place your order quickly and easily in just a few steps:
- Add the desired products to your Cart;
- Click the Cart icon (top right) and select “Checkout”;
- Log in to your account or enter your Customer details, then click “Continue”;
- Select a delivery method;
- Select a payment method;
- If you have a promo code, enter it in the “Discount code” field;
- Read and agree to the Terms of Use and Delivery and the Privacy Policy;
- Click the “Place order” button to finalise your order and submit it for processing.
How can I pay?
We support the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery: Payment is made upon delivery. A service fee applies. Available only in Bulgaria.
- Bank transfer: Payment is made via bank transfer. The bank details will be provided after successful order placement.
- Card payment: Fast online payment with a credit or debit card via the BORICA 3DS system.
- Pay with IRIS pay: Fast payment via online banking. Supports Revolut and all Bulgarian banks.
How can I create an account?
Register or sign in using your Google account.
Create your account in just a few steps. Your account allows you to:
- save your personal, delivery, and billing details for faster checkout;
- track current and delivered orders;
- reorder a previous purchase with one click.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery cost is calculated automatically through the integrated modules of the courier companies. For accurate delivery calculation within Bulgaria, please enter the delivery details in the “Client data” field in Bulgarian (Cyrillic).
For deliveries outside Bulgaria, please enter the details in Latin characters and make sure you have selected the correct delivery country.
Helmed Bulgaria EOOD is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrectly entered address details by the customer. If automatic delivery cost calculation is not possible, a fallback delivery price will be applied, which may be adjusted depending on the weight and volume of the order.
How can I reorder an online purchase?
Registered users can repeat a previous order from their User profile → Current / Past orders → Order again.
How can I return an order?
Private individuals may return an order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU law and Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act in Bulgaria, which regulates the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You must complete a Order Return Form, either by email or on paper. Returns submitted without a completed form or sent cash on delivery will not be accepted. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
The refund process will be initiated on the next business day after the returned order is received. The refund period is between 1 and 7 business days.
Legal entities (companies) do not have the right to a 14-day withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act, as they are not considered consumers under the law. Return requests from legal entities are reviewed upon submission of an enquiry.
Do you issue tax invoices?
We issue tax invoices for all orders.
During the checkout process, please select “I need a company invoice” and enter the company details for which you would like the invoice to be issued. The invoice will be provided together with the order and/or sent electronically.
If your order qualifies for 0% VAT under the EU reverse charge mechanism, please place the order using bank transfer as the payment method. A proforma invoice will be issued and sent to you by email for payment.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver orders throughout Bulgaria and the European Union.
Within Bulgaria, deliveries are made to all locations using our own transport or courier services provided by Econt Express OOD and Speedy AD.
For deliveries outside Bulgaria, we ship to 20 EU Member States via courier services provided by Inout Trade Ltd. (euShipments), including: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

I returned an order paid by card. When will I receive my refund?
After the returned order is received and accepted with a completed Order Return Form, the refund will be initiated on the next business day. The amount will be credited back to your card within 1 to 7 business days.
