Delivery Terms and Conditions

I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. These delivery terms are intended to regulate the relationship between “Helmed Bulgaria” EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER, and the clients, hereinafter referred to as USERS, CUSTOMERS, or CONSUMERS of the online store www.helmed.bg.

 

II. DELIVERY TIME

Art. 2. The delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days from the date of your order.

1. Orders are dispatched on the same day under the following conditions:

1.1. The order is successfully placed by 15:00 (GMT+2).

1.2. All products in the order are in stock in our warehouse.

1.3. The order is confirmed via email or phone call.

2. In case of insufficient stock or temporary inability to fulfil the order, the Supplier undertakes to contact the Client to confirm a delivery date.

 

III. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Art. 3. Order confirmation is performed by email and/or phone call.

1. Email confirmation: Orders are confirmed to the Client's provided email address 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Phone confirmation: Orders are confirmed by calling the Client's provided phone number on business days, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30.

3. Order status check: The status of an order is available in Menu – Profile – Current Orders.

 

IV. ORDER DISPATCH

Art. 4. Orders confirmed by 15:00 are dispatched on the same day, provided that the ordered items are in stock. An already placed order may be cancelled by phone within one hour.

Art. 5. All orders are sent with an option for inspection via:

1. Courier services provided by Speedy AD, Econt Express OOD, or “Inout Trade” EOOD/EU Shipments (outside Bulgaria);
2. In-house transport.

Art. 6. Orders are dispatched via courier service to Bulgaria and the European Union.

1. To an address via a courier company chosen by the Client or according to the available delivery options;

2. To a courier office chosen by the Client or according to the available delivery options.

 

V. DELIVERY OF ORDERS WITHIN BULGARIA

Art. 7. Delivery within Bulgaria is free for orders over 150 BGN and up to 10 kg. Applies only to orders with a delivery address/courier office in the Republic of Bulgaria. For deliveries outside Bulgaria, transportation costs are charged in all cases.

Art. 8. Deliveries within Bulgaria are performed via courier services provided by Speedy AD and Econt Express OOD. Deliveries within the European Union are performed via EU Shipments (“Inout Trade” EOOD).

1. Delivery with Speedy AD to an office or address specified by the Client when placing the order.

• • Delivery time:
    • From 1 to 5 business days, or according to the service schedule for smaller settlements.
    • No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery with Econt Express OOD to an office or address specified by the Client when placing the order.

• • Delivery time:
    • From 1 to 5 business days, or according to the service schedule for smaller settlements.
    • No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery with EU Shipments to an address specified by the Client at checkout.

• • Delivery time:
    • Between 3 and 14 business days
    • No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

4. Automatic calculation of delivery cost via integrated courier modules (Econt Express OOD and Speedy AD) in helmed.bg is highly accurate when correct data is entered:

• • For accurate entry, please wait for the courier module to load after selecting the courier, then enter correct details: names, phone, address or courier office.
  • If there is a connection issue with the Speedy or Econt modules, or incorrect data is entered in the “Country”, “City”, “Postal Code”, or “Address” fields, a fallback delivery price of 9.90 BGN is displayed.
  • The fallback price does not guarantee that the final delivery cost will be 9.90 BGN to your chosen address. Additional costs may apply depending on the volume, weight, and delivery address.

 

VI. DELIVERY OF ORDERS TO EU MEMBER STATES

Art. 9. Delivery is charged for orders shipped within the European Union.

1. Deliveries within the EU are performed via a courier company operating within the EU territory.

 

VII. PAYMENT METHODS

Art. 10. Orders may be paid using several payment methods:

1. Cash on delivery (Bulgaria only)

2. Bank transfer

3. Card payment via BORICA EMV 3DS system

4. Pay with Bank (Open Banking) via Iris Solutions OOD

 

VIII. RETURNS

Art. 11. Claims regarding products or notifications of shortages/damages must be made in the presence of the courier at the delivery address or courier office upon receipt of the order.

Art. 12. The Client is responsible for checking the shipment in the presence of the courier at the time of receipt and identifying discrepancies, shortages, or damages. Helmed Bulgaria EOOD is not liable for damaged condition, losses, or shortages occurring during transportation or outside our direct control after the order has been dispatched.

Art. 13. The Client has the right to return or exchange an order according to the Terms of Use of www.helmed.bg.
